GS2 is a portable LED projector designed for outdoor enthusiasts. It has passed waterproof, dustproof, and shockproof tests via rubberized protective structure. The 15 degrees tilting adjustable base that allows easier setup. The ambient light detection enables smart eye-care mode. A magnetic power connector is used to ensure disconnection in case of undue strain, preventing tripping.

背景
According to survey results, there is increasing demand for media entertainment during outdoor activities. After interviewing users, we have observed the following requirements: 1. Greater portability and easier setup are required for outdoor use. In absence of a table top or mount, a faster and easier way is required to set up a projector outdoors. 2. Better protective measures are required for outdoor use. In case of sudden wind or rain, or human error, harm or damage may happen from collision during outdoor activities. Taking into consideration how the product will be used, we provide a total solution that involves bringing the GS2 outdoors, setting it up, operating, watching video, and putting it away. The adjustable foot is designed for both adjustability and portability.
経緯とその成果
To prevent harm caused by accidental collision in an outdoor scenario, GS2 is equipped with protection functions to protect the machine and its users. Having tried and tested different materials, our designers decided on rubber, which is elastic and easy to clean, to cover the device. An outdoor projector need to be well-ventilated and water-resistant. Numerous attempts later, an air vent that resembled a louver was developed to pass IPX2 water-resistant testing while providing cooling. The built-in adjustable foot makes outdoors setup more convenient. With torsion adjustment and improved structure of the torque arm, GS2 is steady even when the foot is being adjusted. The whole experience is smoother and more relaxing.
審査委員の評価
GS2はアウトドアイベント愛好者のために設計されたポータブルLEDプロジェクターで、ゴム保護構造による防水、防塵及び耐震テストにパスしている。屋外にテーブルやベースがなくとも、15度傾けて設置可能なベースを配し、取り付けや設置がより迅速かつ容易になった。環境光検出センサーは随時スマートアイプロテクトモードに切り替えることができ、磁気コネクタが過度のひずみが生じた際に直ちに遮断し、電流がトリップするのを防ぐ。デザインはシンプルかつシャープで、ユーザーの使用シーンやライフスタイルを考慮し、設置、操作、ビデオ鑑賞、収納面において優れたユーザー体験を提供している。
