在日前揭晓的2015年度G-Mark评选结果中，明基BenQ XL30系列游戏显示器成功获得GOOD DESIGN AWARD的表彰。创设于1957年的日本G-Mark设计大奖（优良设计商品选定制度），是日本国内家喻户晓、具有高度影响力的设计奖项，也是全球四大国际性设计奖项之一。

XL30 series are professional gaming monitors tailored to bring out the best experience for every gamer. With its automode function, brightness and contrast are automatically adjusted to different games. Users can also store their favorite settings in the cloud or on a USB flash drive for quick access anytime. The S Switch Arc is an external controller that comes with preset buttons that can be customized with personal display settings. The adjustment scale design at the back and bottom precisely mark the preferred position for effortless Set-up when the monitor is moved to be set up elsewhere.

デザイナーの想い

We observed many competitive gaming matches and interviewed the players in the design phase. We also sponsored players to better understand the needs and problems in their real-life scenarios, and provide an exclusive platform for gamers to talk about the newest and best game modes. We have made all efforts to complete the detail of best gaming experience.

企画・開発の意義

The XL30 series is a monitor designed specifically for competitive gamers. In addition to providing an even better experience for gamers, we need to encourage gamer identification with the image of the XL30 series as the professionals’ choice for competitive gaming, differentiating it from other monitors of the same size.

創意工夫

XL30 series provide solutions through a combination of both hardware and software based on the insights acquired from eSports players: 1. The new motion blur reduction technology further enhances an ultra-smoothgaming experience. 2. The adjustment scale design aims to help in marking and tracking preferred monitor position for easily recreated even after the monitor is moved or relocated. 3. The Auto Game Mode enables XL30 series to detect and switch the display setting to the corresponding game mode automatically. 4. The innovative Mode to Go system allows users to send their settings to another XL30 series monitor through the cloud or USB for easy access or sharing. 5. With the offering of various adjustable low blue light levels, gamers can better protect their eyes.

XL30 seriesはプロゲーマーのために設計された液晶ディスプレイで、ユーザーに最適な使い心地のゲーム体験を提供する。内蔵のautomode機能は、ゲームのタイプを判別し最適なディスプレイ設定を自動で調整、また使い慣れた設定をクラウド空間やUSBに保存すれば、外付けのショートカットキーコントローラを組み合わせて、いつでもどこでも操作設定の保存や読み込みができる。メモリー表示と調整メモリのデザインは、プレイヤーが使い慣れたスタイルに合わせ、ディスプレイを他の場所に運び出しても、最適な使用状態に速やかに設定することができる。
