The objective behind the development of the BenQ LaptopBar was to provide good illumination for mobile working. This lightweight device, with its compact design, can be attached to the back of the screen with the help of a magnet. The jury was impressed by “the well-engineered functionality of this product, which offers a high level of lighting comfort”. Patented optics ensure optimal desk lighting and balance the brightness of the screen with its surroundings. To achieve this, an integrated sensor detects ambient light conditions and automatically adjusts brightness levels.
