【日本】明基BenQ液晶显示器M2200W获颁2008年度G-Mark设计大奖（GOOD DESIGN AWARD 2008）

创设于1957年的日本G-Mark设计大奖（优良设计商品选定制度），是日本国内家喻户晓、具有高度影响力的设计奖项，也是全球四大国际性设计奖项之一。在日前揭晓的2008年度G-Mark评选结果中，明基BenQ液晶显示器M2200W成功获得GOOD DESIGN AWARD的表彰。

The M2200W is a multimedia LCD monitor specifically designed for home use. Not only does the smart box-frame design require less space, the retractable handle allows the user to easily reposition the monitor to any location, allowing for complete freedom of movement. The clean and simple design on the back of the monitor gives the product a flawless finish from every angle.

デザイナーのコメント：
The design of the M2200W was taken from the image of free-flowing water, echoed by the glossy surface and smoothness of the overall look, satisfying requirements for both visual and tactile enjoyment while accommodating touch-key functionality. The high-quality feel of fingertip control is also enhanced in the process.

審査委員の評価

一般家庭のモダンな居住空間でのPCモニターにもとめられる、全方位的な佇まいと移動性に拘ったデザインである。スリムな脚部に若干剛性面で不安な面もあるが、全体のスリム感とは調和しており背面部の一体感ある2層のパネル構成によるシンプルな処理も好感が持てる。
